Prevention of Wire Damage

In the daily production and household electrical wiring process, there are often short circuit, burnout, aging and other damage phenomena. Then, through those means, the insulation damage of wire can be effectively prevented, and the normal operation of wire and cable can be better protected. The following are three emergency measures taken in the case of daily insulation damage of wires.

(1) The current through the wire shall not exceed the safe carrying capacity of the wire;

(2) Do not damp, heat, corrode or bruise or crush the wires. As far as possible, do not let the wires pass through places with high temperature, high humidity and corrosive vapors and gases. The wires should be properly protected where they are easily bruised.

(3) Regular inspection of maintenance lines, defects should be repaired immediately, old and aging lines must be replaced in time to ensure the safe operation of the lines.
